Dr. Rebecca Hanson
Dr. Rebecca Hanson grew up in St. Cloud, MN, graduating from Tech High School. She attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, for her undergraduate training and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Minnesota. After Dental School, Rebecca practiced general dentistry in Colorado. She then attended Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education, where she earned her Masters of Science degree and specialty Certificate of Orthodontics.
Rebecca is a published author and public lecturer. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and has been a practicing orthodontist since 1998.
Dr. Hanson maintains memberships with the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists and the St. Cloud Dental Society.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys down-hill skiing, golfing, running (with her dogs), concerts, art, traveling, or just spending time with friends and family.
Rebecca is married to Tony Welter and has her 2 dogs, Louis and Sam.

Dr. Tamara Smith
Born and raised in New Richmond, WI, Dr. Tamara Smith graduated from New Richmond High School in 1998. She attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth where she graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Science, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, and a minor in Psychology in 2003. She pursued her dental education at Indiana University School of Dentistry and graduated 4th in her class in 2009. During her time in dental school, Dr. Smith was the recipient of multiple clinical and research awards, including the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Scholarship. She was the president of her graduate orthodontic class and received her Cerificate and Master's degree in orthodontics from IU in 2011. Dr. Smith truly enjoys her profession and the relationships created with her patients.
Dr. Smith is an active member with the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists and the St. Cloud Dental Society.
She enjoys photography, traveling, fishing, running, training for triathlons and relaxing with friends and family.
Tamara and her husband, Ross, have a black lab named Jack.
