First Visit

Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. There is no charge for an evaluation. The first visit will last about 30 minutes and we will address the following questions:

  • Is there a condition that orthodontics can address?
  • Is treatment needed now or should treatment be delayed until appropriate growth, tooth eruption or other factors have occurred?
  • What are the potential treatment options?
  • How long will treatment take?
  • How much will it cost?

If you are ready to begin comprehensive orthodontics, we will schedule you for diagnostic records and a conference. We may be able to make the records at the same visit. The records include X-rays, photos, and impressions for study models and are necessary for diagnosis and treatment planning.
